Odds stacked against Ethiopian mom battling leukemia

This Vancouver mother of two, originally from Ethiopia, needs a bone marrow transplant to give her a chance at beating her life-threatening leukemia. But she can’t find a genetic match.  The international registry of donors, including the “OneMatch” system in Canada, carries very few African donors.
